Running Coach

Running Coach

Our company's specialty is professional coaching for runners of all levels, from amateur to elite. Begin a running program for the first time or improve your current program with the assistance of a knowledgeable coach with years of experience.

You don’t have to be an Olympian to deserve the knowledge and expertise of a coach. If you can categorize yourself into any of the following, you may be well suited for a running coach:

  • Long-time exerciser who never would have thought it possible to run but would like to try something new
  • Former runner who has been set back by an injury in the past
  • Enjoys participating in local road races
  • Current or former high school and/or college athlete
  • Overweight and in need of some aerobic exercise
  • Bored health club member
  • A distance runner with aspirations to become elite
  • Competitive runner who has hit a plateau and may need a new program

You will be directed in all facets of a well-rounded training program including injury prevention, lactate threshold, VO2Max, running economy, and competition among other things.
