How it works:

  1. Purchase a personal training package
  2. Schedule your first appointment
  3. Receive a username and password from your personal trainer and coach
  4. Download the free TrainingPeaks app for your smartphone or tablet
  5. View your planned workouts for the entire week
  6. Record daily workout activity (i.e. workout type, time, duration, comments)
  7. Your personal trainer and coach will review your activity and plan further workouts to deliver great results!
