Meet our New Fitness and Running Coach

SaraWe are happy to announce that we have added a brand new fitness and running coach to our staff at The Body Project!  Sara Schwendinger comes to The Body Project with experience as a high school cross country and track & field coach as well as a competitive master’s runner and fitness enthusiast.  Tim Ives praises Sara as "very professional, organized, ethical and passionate!"  Sara will begin her new role at The Body Project by offering online and virtual coaching programs, then transition into one-on-one and small group training for new clients.  She will also take the lead on our company’s social media presence.  Welcome to the team, Sara!
