In addition to personal training sessions, clients of The Body Project are provided access to a web-based, interactive workout log program. This tool will provide you more accountability to your personal exercise plan as you record your progress and interact with your personal trainer or coach. Upon sign up at The Body Project you will be given a username and password to access your online account or download the free app on your smartphone. 

How it works:

1) Purchase a personal training package

2) Schedule your first appointment

3) Receive a username and password from your personal trainer or coach

4) Login at or download the free Training Peaks app for your smartphone

5) View your planned workouts for the entire week

6) Record daily workout activity (i.e. workout type, time, duration, comments)

7) Your personal trainer or coach will review your activity and plan further workouts to deliver great results!
