When a person lacks effective workouts on a consistent basis and fails to address their diet, failure becomes the inevitable result.

    At The Body Project, our clients receive a comprehensive exercise plan. We hold our clients accountable to this plan through regular training sessions and our fitness app. We also address nutrition with our clients as one of the most important factors to long-term success.

    The Body Project, Inc. is based in Des Moines, Iowa. Our personal trainers, fitness and running coaches specialize in the following areas: weight loss, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning, muscle toning, flexibility, speed and agility, plyometrics and running programs for all ages and abilities. Our affordable services include one-on-one and small group personal fitness training, and online coaching.
